“Bel Posto is a premium cafe located in the Jubilee hills area of Hyderabad. We planned it in the midst of the Covid pandemic in December 2020, and opened its doors on June 14th, 2021. The cafe was built with an emphasis on sustainability and green living. We made sure that no plants were destroyed in the process of construction. Despite the many challenges posed by the pandemic, the founders stood firm in their belief of their vision and were determined to make it a reality. With an investment of 1.5 crores, the cafe opened to less than Rs 1000 in sales on its first day. We are now set to expand to other areas, operating under ideal food cost of 26% and drinks at 12%.
